Quitting smoking can be incredibly challenging for some people, particularly if you’ve been smoking for many years.
However, in this podcast, Jacqueline gives lots of practical advice for people wanting to quit smoking. She also shares what you can do if you want to support another person, or your staff in quitting.
Jacqueline used to work at the Quitline, so she has extensive training and experience in this field.
