At Intermind, we help our clients overcome their mental health challenges and thrive, using evidence-bases psychotherapy.

We offer 3 core services:

Single-Session Therapy: For clients who are motivated to tackle a single mental health or relationship challenge over an intensive 90-minute session.
Brief Therapy: For clients who are are motivated to overcome moderate-to-heavy mental health or relationship challenges within 2-10 sessions.
Longer-Term Therapy: For clients who require greater support (more than 10 sessions) to overcome significant mental health or relationship challenges.

We also recognise that our clients have preferred ways of engaging. Thus we offer 3 session formats:

In Person (at our rooms in Surry Hills, St. Leonards, Concord, or the Sydney CBD)
Virtual (Zoom / Google Meet)
Phone Call
