Often people who have previously had a not so positive experience working with another counsellor, and hence, without any significant change for the better or personal growth, are happy with the changes I have made with their counselling, in only a few visits. We live in a very complicated world, I understand well the complexities that go with doing so.

The burnout rate for people of all age groups is one in five. it’s not a bad idea nowadays, to put your hand up and ask for some guidance and support, this is the hardest thing for some to do, but the most crucial step, as it is the first stroke on a canvas for creating a new life ahead.

The majority of people that come in to have a chat, work their matters through with me. I don’t judge their situation, it is futile to do so.
