Sandy Beech

Sandy is a qualified counselor, psychotherapist, and clinical hypnotherapist and uses her skills and techniques to support each person in an individual and unique way. She accesses different modalities such as EFT, Resource Therapy, and Mindfulness to support the needs of each client.
Sandy sees clients with many different life challenges, situations, and needs in the individual, couple, and/or with people with NDIS plans. She encourages growth and learnings that will empower and heal those parts of yourself that are in Dis- Harmony.
Sandy has had her own periods of grief, loss, and trauma in her past with bouts of illness such as breast cancer back in 2012. She has used all of her past painful experiences to add to her already extensive training in her holistic view of therapy and shows her clients that she too has suffered and therefore sees and hears each person in their pain and challenges.
Sandy is mindful and respectful of cultural differences, beliefs, and behaviors to encourage deep awareness and understanding of self to feel empowered and be able to make more informed choices for a healthier and more peaceful life.
Sandy offers Face to Face, Phone, or Online Therapy and a safe and nonjudgmental place to work out what is best for you.
