I offer services at two comfortable inner Sydney locations – the Sydney CBD and Darlinghurst. I provide counselling, psychotherapy and coaching services for individuals as well as relationship counselling and therapy for couples. I specialise in working with adults who may be experiencing a range of life challenges including: Depression and anxiety, Past traumas impacting relationships, Sex and Intimacy issues, Sexual Identity, Grief counselling, Self undermining behaviours and addictions, Self worth issues, Adjustment through significant life changes, Overly accommodating or overly controlling behaviours towards others, Procrastination/’feeling stuck’, Workplace challenges/Career transitions.

I bring to my work, a gentle and constructive style and extensive professional training and work experience. I am trained as an Accredited Clinical Social Worker (BSW, MAASW Acc.) and have also undertaken post graduate training in Adult Psychotherapy (Grad. Dip. Psych, ANZAP) and Group/Organisational Dynamics (M. App. Sci RMIT). I have undertaken intensive training in the Couples Developmental Model at the Couples Institute in California.

I see people on a short term basis to help them through immediate life challenges or crises. I also offer Psychotherapy for individuals and couples who have been struggling with problem patterns that have been repetitive or harder to shift – helping to achieve new understandings and sustainable positive life changes.

I am an accredited Medicare Provider and therefore some services are eligible for a Medicare rebate for part of the session fee for up to 10 sessions within a calendar year with a medical referral.
