If you are feeling down or anxious, or you’re struggling to cope with this unprecedented global event (or any of life’s challenges), I’d love to assist.
I help build resilience; assisting people to adapt and cope better when life doesn’t go to plan. I specialise in managing stress, anxiety, depression and work with couples to promote effective communication, as well as any other issues that may be present.
