Rodney McBride

Rodney McBride is an Australian registered psychologist and senior ombuds professional with over 30 years’ experience in staff counselling, mediation, and organizational wellbeing. He has held leadership roles with the World Health Organization, the Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Food Programme, and the United Nations Secretariat, and he has now established a private practice, both in-person and online. Rodney has established new organisational ombuds offices, led global counselling teams, and supported staff in crisis-affected settings worldwide. He was awarded the Order of Australia Medal and the Humanitarian Overseas Service Medal for services to Australian families following major international disasters.
