I am a counsellor / psychotherapist who is available to work with adults of all ages. I have a breadth and depth of life experience, parenthood, a corporate career and many years teaching yoga behind my therapy training and clinical practice. I integrate all of this experience into the work I do with my clients.

I have a special interest in counselling people struggling with fertility, pregnancy, birth trauma, post natal anxiety and depression and the transition to parenthood.

I believe in a wholistic approach to therapy where we can explore all aspects of you as a person – body, mind and soul. I am a big believer in mindfulness and expanding your capacity to be with your emotions. The therapy I practice is client led. I am also a trained and certified yoga therapist with an extensive, 11 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation to both groups and individuals.

I work with an integrated approach, using the modalities and methods that are uniquely suited to the person in front of me. Person Centred Therapy (PCT) is the foundation for all the work I do. I also use Gestalt Therapy which focuses on your somatic experience (what you feel in your body), the relationship between us as therapist and client and what you experience in the here and now, present moment.
