My approach is integrative, grounded in a relational framework where we jointly set goals and develop a personalised plan tailored to your needs.

Although diagnoses and labels can offer some assistance, I want to emphasise that my training focuses less on categorisation and more on comprehending you and your unique experiences. I am a retired financial adviser, with over 15 years experience in the personal finance, wealth management and business banking space. I retrained and have been working the last 5 years as a coach in the personal development and holistic sexuality space, working predominantly with women. During my work as a Coach I took on further training as a couples therapist and psychotherapist.

I am now combining the worlds I have traversed offering a a bespoke therapy option for couples and singles. I specialise in financial therapy, sex therapy and couples and relationship therapy.
