Empathy, compassion, and understanding are the primary tools used to help you work through complex issues and problems. When you feel stuck it is often beyond the capacity of your rational selves to simply create a solution.

Quite often there exist unconscious barriers that impede development and growth. Through quiet focussed investigation into the experience of the individual positive shifts can occur.
