My Approach:
My area of special interest is in attachment and developmental disruption. I view all ways of engaging with what life offers as our best endeavour to cope, manage, survive. These ways of being can sometimes cease to serve as well. This flags a need for a therapeutic safe space. A space to pause, reflect, re-evaluate in a human quest to find a more enduring and meaningful way forward. My approach and the lens I bring to this space is trans-modality and multi-focal. It includes a child focused, systemic and trauma sensitive lens (please see website for more information)

My experience:
My work with individuals, couples, families, adolescents and teens is systemic. I have worked extensively with a range of presentations (loss, grief, stuckness; anxiety, stress, depression; cycles of emotional escalation and dysregulation; interpersonal conflict; intimate partner violence). Since its inception, I have formed part of the team of clinicians working with survivors of institutional abuse under the auspices of the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.
