Using traditional therapies such as CBT, Solution Focus Therapy, combined with her own lived experience, Amber tailors her approach individually to each clients needs, with the focus on empowering clients to take control and drive their own recovery, with guidance. and open support.

Amber works with clients from all parts of life and age, with a particular areas of interest being Anxiety, Individual and Familial Carers, Disability Grief and Loss, Goal Setting, Change adjustment and life coaching.

Travelling beside my clients and creating a safe space, where you can engage in the reflective process completely. Delving into the process of beginning the road to recovery, where you feel confident, is not an easy thing to do and Amber understands this, and is always guided by clients.
