If not, it’s an effective way to gently help clients work through difficult experiences and trauma, as well as develop tools  to build more confidence and capacity so they feel more resilient and resourced.

Brainspotting is based on the work of David Grand PhD, who wrote the book called Brainspotting: The Revolutionary New Therapy for Rapid and Effective Change and has been taught to over 6000 therapists worldwide, including the Middle East.
