I bring over 30 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, which has honed my ability to observe how individuals embody their experiences and recognize patterns that reflect their internal world. This foundation is complemented by my training in somatic therapies, including Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy, both of which emphasize the body as a profound source of wisdom, insight, and transformation.
In addition, I have 25 years of experience as a dedicated Buddhist practitioner. This practice has deeply enriched my work, equipping me with mindfulness skills, self-awareness, and the capacity to cultivate presence and stillness.
I am also trained in Tuning into Kids, a parenting program designed to help parents better understand and respond to their children’s emotions while fostering awareness of their own emotional processes. My diverse qualifications allow me to support clients holistically, integrating body, mind, and emotional awareness into the therapeutic process.
