Counselling for Individuals, Couples, and Families: Bringing Hope, Clarity, and Connection
If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or weighed down by relationship struggles or past experiences, you're not alone. Life can be incredibly hard at times, but you don’t have to face it on your own.
I offer thoughtful, compassionate counselling to adults, couples, and families navigating emotional pain, stress, grief, trauma, or disconnection. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, burnout, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and begin to find your way forward.
When working with couples, I create a calm and structured environment where both partners feel heard and supported. Together, we can explore difficult patterns, rebuild trust, and strengthen your emotional connection with honesty and care. Whether you're feeling stuck in conflict or drifting apart, there is space here to repair and reconnect.
I also support individuals who are carrying emotional weight that’s become too heavy to manage alone. You might not have the words for it yet—that’s okay. I’ll meet you where you are, gently helping you make sense of what you’re feeling and supporting you to move toward clarity, healing, and renewed energy.
My counselling style is warm, down-to-earth, and centred on your needs and values. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including trauma-informed and strengths-based frameworks, while keeping things clear and relatable. I tailor each session to suit your unique story, your pace, and what you’re hoping to change or understand.
With over two decades of experience in diverse support, advocacy, and pastoral care settings across Australia and internationally, my counselling is shaped by a deep understanding of struggle, healing, and the strength it takes to keep going. My background in healthcare, advocacy, and community work has shaped the way I connect with people—genuinely, respectfully, and with a steady belief in their capacity to heal and grow.
Clients often tell me they feel safe, understood, and relieved to have someone truly listen. That matters deeply to me. I see counselling as a collaborative process where you can feel supported and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
Reaching out for support isn’t easy, especially when life has felt heavy for a while. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. If you’re ready to talk, or even just curious about what counselling with me might look like, I invite you to get in touch. I’m here to listen, to support, and to walk alongside you, at your pace, and with a focus on what matters most to you.
