People come to see me when life starts to feel heavier than it should. I work with adults and couples who are capable and thoughtful, yet worn down by anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship strain, identity questions, burnout, or the long-term impact of caregiving and chronic responsibility. Many have been holding everything together for a long time and reach a point where they want more than coping; they want change that feels real and sustainable.

Alongside therapy, I provide social work and peer work supervision for practitioners seeking reflective, ethical, and values-based support. My supervision is informed by senior leadership experience across mental health, suicide prevention, and multicultural systems, as well as doctoral research focused on lived and living experience and leadership.

In our work together, I offer a steady and respectful space where things can slow down. We make sense of patterns that keep repeating, understand what sits beneath them, and begin to build new ways of coping and relating that feel kinder and more workable in everyday life. Therapy with me is grounded and practical, while also allowing room for depth, emotion, and reflection.

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and relational. I draw on emotionally focused, narrative, mindfulness-based, and acceptance-based frameworks, working collaboratively to support both insight and emotional regulation. This work is not about performing or being fixed. It is about restoring clarity, dignity, and steadier ground in yourself and in your relationships.

I am an award-winning Accredited Social Worker and PhD Candidate in Mental Health, offering online therapy and professional supervision across Australia. I am a full member of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and the Australian Association for Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy (AACBT).

My work has been recognised at both state and national levels, including AASW Social Worker of the Year and the WA Mental Health Award for Lived Experience Impact and Inspiration. I bring this experience into practice with care and humility, holding both clinical skill and lived and living experience at the centre of the work.

Alongside therapy, I provide social work and peer work supervision for practitioners seeking reflective, ethical, and values-based support. My supervision is informed by senior leadership experience across mental health, suicide prevention, and multicultural systems, as well as doctoral research focused on lived and living experience and leadership.
