We encounter countless obstacles, internally and externally that prevent us from living the life we may wish to. They may come in the form of relationship difficulties, unwanted behaviours, stress, anger, anxiety or may be felt as a sense of confusion and doubt, overwhelming pain, fear, or grief . They could be due to unanticipated or undesired life circumstances or events or simply a general pervading sense of dissatisfaction and unhappiness.

I see my role as a therapist to accompany others on a journey of discovery to meet themselves more deeply and to find the answers they have inside. I offer a place for people to experience themselves in a different way that can provide new perspectives and hope. To discover how their way of operating in the world is working -and not working – for them.

It is my wish that we can all appreciate our unique and valuable individuality and live a life that provides us with a sense of well-being and joy.
