She also uses attachment science to help you understand how the love you did or didn’t receive in childhood affects your adult relationships. EFCT is a powerful tool and can help you to gain a better understanding of yourself, your partner and how you relate to each other. Through EFCT, Julia can teach you how to communicate your needs with your partner so you can both feel respected, supported, trusted, valued, loved and deeply connected.
