My approach to my therapeutic sessions with clients is a collaborative, culturally sensitive and trauma informed exchange setting. I provide an empathetic ear for my clients & their narratives and life challenges, in order to offer them strategies and interventions (life skills) that are specifically tailored to the needs of each individual. Drawing on my clinical experience, I endeavour to cultivate a client centric therapeutic environment that allow my clients to drive the goals of their sessions in a safe and non-judgemental space.
