I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, specializing in evidence-based, compassionate trauma-informed Psychotherapy and Counselling techniques. My approach involves working closely with clients to understand the complexities of their experiences and helping them overcome any barriers created by conditioned beliefs. By reconstructing meaning and understanding, my clients can live fuller and healthier lives.
