I’m an accredited counsellor, offering a relatable, engaging and non-judgmental counselling service for men who need a hand overcoming life’s obstacles. Some of the areas I specialise in are; Anxiety Counselling, Depression Counselling, Anger management and Porn and Gambling Addictions. I use a combination of well-researched approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, strategically tailoring them to focus on the specific needs of men.

Offering sessions Australia-wide over zoom, allowing clients to access counselling from the comfort of their own homes. Perfect for time-poor clients, those with high anxiety or low community access. I also offer walk & talk counselling for those local to the Gold Coast.

The cost for a 50-minute online session is $120 and can be booked directly through my website using my online booking system.
