Lise has over 10 years’ experience as an HR and Training Manager in large government organisations and multinational companies in Australia and overseas. She has developed sound working relationships with people from a wide range of nationalities and cultures, and of varying religions. Lise was responsible for managing the training and development of over 1800 staff, including budgeting, procuring specialist trainers, developing training materials, delivering training and coaching and mentoring staff. She has excellent interpersonal skills which she has developed through undertaking training as a Business Coach and Mentor. This has enabled her to gain knowledge and skills to assist team members and leaders, managers and senior executives to maximise their output through the setting of goals, identifying their strengths and areas for improvement.

Lise completed a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of New England in 2010. She is particularly interested in Neuropsychology and Abnormal Behavioural Psychology. Lise is a self-motivated individual who enjoys a challenge. She takes a positive, proactive approach to all business situations and enjoys providing excellent service to clients. She has always acted professionally and confidentially when dealing with employees, managers and clients. Lise strives to provide excellent Customer Service to her customers.
