Many of our experienced Australian counsellors and psychologists listed on Australia Counselling offer workshops to the public that may be of interest to you. Some of our counsellors facilitate one day workshops to improve relationships, ongoing group therapy to work on your personal issues, support groups for dealing with specific difficulties and ongoing groups and weekly workshops to help you develop new skills and awareness.
You may be searching for an Assertiveness group training, a Body-Focused Group Therapy or a Meditation Training Course . All these workshops are available for the public and you can easily obtain the registration information from the individual workshop pages.
Check back regularly on the Australia Counselling Public Workshops page as we are adding more workshops, groups and training every month. Expect to see in coming months many more support groups including: eating support groups, drug and alcohol support groups, group therapy for men and women, gay men's interpersonal groups, love and sex addiction support groups and depression and anxiety support groups.
