We saw a need for a comprehensive directory where counsellors can be accessed anywhere, in this great nation of ours. Our aim is to have registered counsellors in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and many country areas of Australia.

We are a 100% Australian owned and run company. Clinton Power, Grad.Dip.Couns/Psych., Ad.Dip.Gestalt Therapy, PACFA Reg., CMGANZ,  is a Sydney relationship counsellor and Gestalt therapist. He helps singles and couples move out of relationship pain to create loving, healthy and life-affirming relationships. Clinton has a relationship blog and popular newsletter on relationship issues with over 800 monthly readers. Lanita Gaul, Australia Counselling Admin Assistant

Lanita Gaul loves helping people.  She has been working in the administrative field since 1989 helping busy executives, small businesses, coaches and counsellors around the globe with everything from customer care, website administration,  newsletter publishing, and office management to blogging and calendar management. Her passion for administrative work inspired her to develop her own Virtual Assistant business in February 2006 and to author a book,  How To Start A Virtual Assistant Business, released in 2007.  She obtained an Associates Degree in Secretarial Science from Bradford Business School in Columbus, Ohio in 1989. Lanita resides in Gahanna, Ohio with her husband and children.

Shushann Movsessian, MA, Dip.Teach, CAPA, PACFA Reg., is a mature, experienced counsellor, psychotherapist, educator, coach and author of national best seller, "Puberty Girl" (Allen and Unwin 2004). Shushann has a private practice in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and works with individuals, couples and young people. She is passionate about supporting the significant transitions women and girls make in their lives. From puberty and motherhood through to midlife and honouring the ageing process of menopause.  Her vision is to support men and women to deepen meaning in their lives, find their bliss and believe in the power of their dreams and their sense of purpose in the world. She is on the teaching faculty for the Diploma Program in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Metavision Institute, Bowral. Shushann has featured in the Sydney Morning Herald’s Essentials Magazine and on Radio 2GB for her expertise on parenting. She runs spiritual retreats in Bali for women for total mind, body, spirit, nourishment and care

Gemma Summers, PhD (Soc Psych), CAPA, PACFA Reg., is a psychotherapist and counsellor, educator, coach and author of Resolving Your Conflicts With Power and Grace: A Woman’s Guide to Conflict Resolution. Gemma has a private practice in Sydney’s Lower North Shore. She is an experienced and mature counsellor working with individuals and couples and is a relationship and communication specialist. She has been in private practice for twenty-five years and has also consulted to organisations as a workplace trainer and facilitator. She is passionate about women’s journey in life, both inner and outer, and views the significant life transitions as doorways to deeper self-knowledge and transformation. Her current vision involves helping women strengthen their relationship to their own inner guidance, wisdom and purpose. 

Adam McLean, M Couns., Grad.Dip.Couns/Psych., BCHC., BN CAPA-NSW, PACFA Reg., is psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and educator in private practice in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. He has a specialist focus on the Existential Approach to therapy and is part of the Centre for Existential Practice in Sydney. He has developed over time as a specialist in group therapy utilizing Irvin Yalom’s Interpersonal Model where he has added a more explicit existential perspective to his work and provides training and workshops on a number of subjects. As an educator he is contracted to teach at The Jansen Newman Institute and The Australian College of Applied Psychology in Sydney and is invited to run training and workshops in Singapore, United Kingdom and New Zealand. He has a passion for exploring with his clients what it means to be human and how we can find meaning in a meaninglessness world.
